Start-up Development: Effective Business Plan & Idea Pitching
There are many business ideas, but few succeed. The success in transforming a business idea into a successful business doesn’t lie only on the existence of a good idea but also on the abilities that one has to develop ideas, manage them, put them in the context of a specific strategy with measurable results and present them to the potential investors.
Objectives/Topics:
The proposed workshop aims to provide participants with the introductory knowledge that will serve as “pilots” so as the potential and/or the existing businessmen/entrepreneurs to be able to communicate to all stakeholders a comprehensive, concise and compelling message that is easily understood and is “attractive” using the best practices of various disciplines of business administration and the art of presenting.
