New Cooperation With the Organization Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. (JKPeV)
A new cooperation with JKPEV organization starts! A cooperation that is added to the existing one, which has been running for 4 years and enhances it. Until now we have implemented projects where my main role was that of a trainer and business coach.
But now it’s time to act as a senior program manager!
And what exactly does it mean to be a senior program manager at an organization which operates in Dresden, Germany and has as mission to conceive and implement projects that have a social impact, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster active participation and civic engagement? What does it mean to be a senior program manager at an organization that, in order to fulfill its mission, carries out educational, creative and cultural activities on-site and abroad which foster cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary cooperation?
This is a very honorary position for me. This position enables me to act as a fully polymorphic, agile speed junkie person. It gives me the opportunity to work with the two founders of this organization, Myrto and Stefan, two really creative and meta-innovative people who work hard because they believe in what they do, and they are passionate with what they do. It’s a position that allows me to collaborate with a projects’ implementation team which is deeply diverse, since it consists of people of different nationalities, various specialties and with varied mindsets. It’s a position that enables me to take part in international projects as a project manager or/and as a project management team member and use all my dots-hard and soft skills I have acquired until now. It’s a position that honors me insanely because it represents me fiercely. Because it provides me the opportunity to learn continuously but also to share what I know with my colleagues. Because I work with people who share my ‘Why’ and we are all willing to make a positive impact in this world through our shared projects. Because we create collectively agile, self-organized teams that operate within a purely projectized structure. Yes! It’s time to live this reality and I really feel very lucky!
My goal is, through this role, that allows me to continue to act as a business/executive/personal coach, trainer and manager both in Greece and abroad and to cooperate with other organizations, to help the people who think and act “revolutionary” and “alternatively” understand that discipline, grit, organization and planning are necessary in order for them to achieve their goals and of course, JKPEV’s goals. To support them to learn methods and techniques that are going to render them over-achievers, with focus on what they are asked to do and the value they really want to produce. To contribute to the development and expansion of JKPEV, so as to become a role-model for other organizations operating in the same or similar field. And above all, my goal is, through creative thinking and action and fun, the whole JKPEV’s team (and me of course), to systematically communicate to the world that the impossible is possible!
I strongly believe, based on the facts that were derived from my previous cooperation with Myrto and Stefan, that we will succeed in achieving the organization’s purpose and its objectives promptly! The best is yet to come!
Thanks Myrto and Stefan! 🙂
