Botanic Gardens base their operations on scientific research and on education/awareness of various target-groups so as to achieve their core business objective which is the protection and conservation of biodiversity. These are the tools that are mind-oriented! These tools make use of the mind and addressed in people’s minds.
The results are positive but they don’t have the form of a wave. Problems regarding the environmental conservation are escalated year after year.
So I think that they need to change attitude, to change strategy, to change mindset and carve out a new one aimed at the heart of both the people who play the role of their partners / employees and the people that are their target-group.
A heart-oriented and heart-targeted modus operandi can make a difference! It can cause a tsunami of changes in order Earth to be protected and to be greened!!!
